What we collect

When you send a project brief, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project details, how you heard about us and any message you add.

We also record technical details about your visit: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange calls, prepare proposals and quotations, send updates you asked for, understand which channels bring enquiries so we can improve our website and services, and keep business records.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, and from your browser when you use this website.

Who we share it with

Our team, and service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Google Workspace (email, calendar and storage) and our website host. We don’t sell your personal data. Our service providers may store data on servers outside Malaysia.

Required and optional details

Fields not marked as optional are needed for us to respond. If you don’t provide them, we can’t reply to your enquiry. Optional fields are up to you.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, ask us to stop sending updates, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing anir@kiranamaya.com. We’ll respond within the time required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, and we use the security features of our service providers.
